I had added my MasterCard issues Credit card to my PayPal account around a year back. Everything was working fine, I was able to make purchases in INR and USD and made lot of payments as well.
Now, all of a sudden, I am unable to make payment using the same credit card. I called up my issuing bank and they said that there was no transaction initiated or declined recently. This is weird, since PayPal says that transaction is declined but the bank didn't received that transaction. I am not sure how to resolve this, since I am able to make payments using same card on other platforms like Stripe in USD, so looks like issue with PayPal itself.
I tried adding another card and it works. I really want to use the first card, since it has higher credit limit for usage.
