So , I own a Canadian PayPal and I have 100 US dollars in my balance. I try sending money but it always says the one error "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service"
It's a very irritating problem. Basically, every other day it allows me to send a maximum of 30 dollars but after that it repeats that problem. I checked my resolution center to see if there's any cases, and there is literally 0 cases. I am extremely confused and annoyed, please help.
