I made 2 transactions on the same day to 2 different merchants. I have not recieved them or any info of anything being shiped. I emailed both but no response. I filed a disspute on 1 transaction and tried to do the same on the other but pay pal has no record of it. I have emails from them with reciets. What do i do? The money has been deducted from my account.
