PayPal Kenya for Netflix

Hi, PayPal does not seem to show up as one of the payment methods for Netflix in Kenya. PayPal is losing out. It's a very convenient option since it's linked to mobile payment Is anyone else in Kenya experiencing this? Can paypal resolve this?
