I didn't realize PayPal charges me when people send money. I recently wanted to have tenants send their rent to me via paypal, until I learned of the fees - they're really high on Thousands of dollars. So I did not accept their payment, thinking they wouldn't be charged if I don't. One tenant is saying it was paid through her bank. Is that correct? Do they/can they still pay if I don't accept it?

It would go out of her bank but if you didn't accept it then it would time out at 30 days and go back to her bank account again.
