My Shopify store has been running for 1.5 years successfully with PayPal Express with the Website Payment Option set to asking for PayPal accounts as "Optional" - which means when someone pays via PayPal Express they can EITHER use a PayPal account OR enter a credit or debit card for payment.
As of today when you click checkout it now requires a PayPal account to check out and does not offer the option to pay with credit card. I have not changed any settings in PayPal or Shopify. My settings in Paypal still say accounts are optional under website payment settings.
Help please?
