PayPal Error but bank still charged?

I paid Using PayPal(without an account), it said error and send me back to the shopping homepage. Bank of America mobile noticed me about the activity and I verified that it was me. Now the transaction went thru, but twice! The shopping site said they had no record of payment, I have no confirmation email from PayPal, and it still went thru twice on my card. What should I do? Thank you very much!

Welcome tot he PayPal Community.

 

I recommend contacting our customer service who can locate the payment and open a claim on your behalf. The number can be found under the Help/Contact tab at the bottom of the PayPal website.
