PayPal Debit Master Card

I made an online purchase from JC Penny using my Paypal account. I returned the items and lady in customer service for Penney's wasn't sure how to do a refund for Paypal purchases so did return credit to my Paypal Debit Mastercard. When I checked my Paypal account and Paypal Debit Mastercard it doesn't show any refund/credit...should I contact Paypal customer service?

May take up to 30 days for refunds to be posted on cards.  Although since your circumstances are kinda unique, contact PayPal to confirm this.
