I have recently purchased items from abroad which was in USD. Despite my opposite decision, PayPal has converted that into GBP. You know how they convert, they take the conversation rate and add 2.5% on it, which actually they hide it from you, baked that value into conversation rate, and charged my credit card. Today the seller has refunded me as the item, was defective however the robber PayPal has converted the refund without the 2.5% that they add while they are charging you. So in 2 weeks, they have stolen nearly £20 from me. All my suggestion to users, use a credit card which doesn’t have service fee on it. Don’t lose your money to scammer PayPal.
