Hello there. Each person who tries to send me money, from any country (USA, Germany, Serbia, Croatia etc), they gets message "PayPal - Can't accept or receive any payments due to regulations." I have made my PayPal account Business, and I've linked my Debit Master Card, so I can withdraw money later.
