I have a PayPal account in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The issue is regarding PayPal balance. I cannot send money and cannot make any purchases via PayPal balance. My money is trapped in my PayPal balance account.
On the other hand, I can send my money to my credit card, but the tax is too high.
Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this problem?
