Hello, I created a Paypal business account. I do have USD and SGD balances in my account. My account is not linked to any credit card or bank account at the moment.
I am trying to buy a software license on the cpanel website. When I click on Paypal button, it requests me to login to Paypal which I do and then I am immediately redirect to a page asking my credit card information. The thing is I would like to pay with my balance. I did check in my settings and my preferred way to pay is with my Paypal balance (see attachment).
Anything I am missing?
