Pay pal transactions from ebay don’t show in account

When I make a transaction with my debit card on ebay , it says paid through PayPal, but it doesn’t show up on my PayPal account. I need to open a case with PayPal, but the transaction doesn’t show up!? Anyone has any advice with this

If you do not log in to your PayPal account when paying with card (and you may have the card saved on to your eBay account in the personal information section which appears when you checkout at eBay), the transaction may not show up on your account but the charge shows on your card account. Contact customer service to open a dispute. Have the receipt ID from the PayPal payment email handy when you call:
