If its within 180 days of you paying then they do not need it.
Tell them to click on your transaction in their paypal account and the 'refund' option is at the bottom of that 'details' page. Then it will go back automatically to the funding source you used to pay with originally when you sent the payment.
If its over 180 days then give them your paypal email address, this is normally the one that you log into your paypal account with and the one that identifies that account, tell them to use the friends/family option and NOT the goods/services so that you are not kept waiting with the new seller hold OR charged a fee.
