I received a Courtsey Credit ( you will see this credit under Wallet in Pay pal. I want to purchase an item in Etsy and I need to know how to apply this credit. The info from Pay pal says to Click on Use Offer. But there is no Use Offer there for me to click. Can someone help me?
Incredibly bad instructions on how to redeem it. My Courtesy Credit is about to expire in the next few days and I still have not figure it out. I called customer service numerous times and received several different answers, but never the correct one. Very sadden by their customer service lately.
