Is anyone having pay in 4 issues? Purchased 2 items and it charged my PayPal balance in full plus the installment payment and my bank account. Is PayPal going through technical issues with this new system?
I was about to post the same question. I already paid an initial installment on the 27th and it is pending on my credit card. Today I got an alert trying to charge it a 2nd time and my credit card declined it and placed a fraud block on my card because it looked suspicous seeing the same charge twice. I'm glad they did because clearly this Paypal istallment thing is having a glitch.
