So I tried to purchase an item using PayPal’s “pay in 4” option. Everything appeared to go smoothly after updating my payment option but soon after I completed the transaction, I noticed my account has been charged for the full transaction amount and there is a also a pending transaction for 1/4 of the total amount that I’ve apparently already payed for from the “pay in 4” - it’s been pending for a couple days now. So my question is, is this how pay in 4 works or is there a glitch with PayPal’s pay in 4 system that is causing that?
