Hi so I bought a VR from best buy with Pay pals Pay in 4 feature and I'm not really satisfied with the product so I was wanting to return it and I'm not sure how the refund will go on like how do I let PayPal know I returned the item and does bestbuy refund them and then in return PayPal refunds me?
