Hallo My account is not connected to a bank card or credit card, but I transferred a sum of money to my balance and I want to buy anything online I cannot ask me to add the bank knowing the required amount is less than the one in Paypal account and I tried to buy a gift card from PayPal also i can’t they said We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method. I need solution without link it to bank or credit card
