Pay as guest, wrong email used

Hi,

 

I used wrong email address when I was paid as guest user. Therefore, email confirmation will not be sent to my email. I have copy of Paypal checkout with me. It indicates my order, receipt number. Etc. Is there any way I could corrected my email address?

If you have the PayPal Receipt ID number (it is formatted like this: "####-####-####-####"), then you have something to call PayPal up with to locate transaction and have them switch email address and email you again, hopefully.

 

To contact customer service for assistance:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
