Over the past few days pay after delivery hasn't been available to me. Is it down, or do I have a problem with my account? Thanks for any replies.

PAD is offered by paypal but they can withdraw it for a while probably because its a 14 days interest free loan and there cashflow isn't brill at the moment due to the pandemic OR they don't have the staff to process that type of payment.

Advice is voluntary.
