Pay after delivery not working

My pay after delivery is not appearing anymore

Have you had a failed bank transfer or a negative balance at all recently?

Mine is not working either. 

I have no failed payments and my PAD payments always go through successfully. 

Trouble is, I am really needing to get essentials and I am unable to due to this not working!

Any ideas?
