On May 4th I placed an order for $89.28. Instead of pre authorizing the amount PayPal withdrew the funds according to my bank. When I contacted PayPal they said the merchant "took" the money from my account. The merchant claims they do not have the funds. So my $ is floating in cyberspace? None of these entities has offered to talk to the other. I am just getting the blame game.
