Every time I go to buy one of the iTunes gift cards from the PayPal store it doesn't even give me a payment method option, it goes straight to "Sorry we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant" PayPal IS the merchant and I'm already logged in when I go to make the purchase but when this message pops out it kicks me out? What gives!?
NO none of my banking stuff is expired, all my contact information is verified, cookies are enabled, blah blah blah. I use PayPal quite often, it makes no damn sense that a PayPal account doesn't work in a PayPal store.
