Pay 4

I tried using the Pay 4 to try and order a PS5 despite getting it out of stock I am still being charged the first payment from a pending transaction, customer service on the phone didn’t help and wouldn’t transfer me to someone who could help and still nothing back from the message center, has anyone else ever experienced this?

I am in the same predicament. Didnt even get to hit place order on Walmart and it took the payment from my account. I was suppose to get a call around 4 and nothing. Nothing from the message center either. I called them at 1230 this afternoon about the matter. I will not be using them for a big purchase again. This is unacceptable. No real person to talk too about it, is bad business.
