I was an idiot and forgot to add a note of what the item was when I sent money via goods and services, it was £80 what should I do? Can I open a dispute or get a refund cause no proof of item receipt or even a bank chargeback if I possible. I really can't afford to lose the £80.

You may win a dispute for non receipt of item BUT it may be trickier to win a dispute for SNAD.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
