Paid through goods and services but Im not selling

Hi so someone paid me through goods and services and its asking me to add tracking and what not... however Im not selling anything. Am I getting scammed and will they be able to open a dispute and get all their money back

If its supposed to be a personal payment from a friend or family you know offline, you shouldn't worry about being scammed and a case filed on you because they know you. Just click "add tracking" and select Order Processed in the Order Status menu and have the sender confirm to release the funds. Otherwise, refund the payment and have them resend the funds as friends and family if you're not selling.

At the end of the day, we don't know if you are being scammed as we do not know your relationship with the sender nor why you are being sent funds.
