Paid..but not received

Cust has sent a payment, but I've not been notified and I've not received it. She sent me a screenshot and it shows she's sent me money... Nothing about confirmed.... No option to cancel. .. Just says she's sent the money to me. Help... What to do next

You need to double check the email address she sent the funds to and make sure that she did not make a mistake / typo on entering it.

Also was it an international transaction in another currency?

Yes, i understand it was SENT.

That is not what I asked, I asked if you had checked the email address it was SENT TO and made sure it was correct with no typos or mistakes??

Yep. Email is correctly typed. And still no notification or fund received.

Sterling. Its a domestic transaction... She typed in my email and it confirmed payment sent quoting my full name and email used confirmed and says SENT. I just don't know how to go about getting the money... Is there sometimes a delay... Or is it always instant?

It's been 5 hours ago. I'm wondering if she's actually checked the email address properly... Insisting she has... But how does one check? I'm new to paypal... So far no problems. She's sent the transaction code... Should I just wait until PayPal is open... Ring them and give them the transaction number... Not sure how to check.... She insisted correct email address used.

Transaction id just proves you sent money to someone.

I still think its an email problem.
