I have lost all hope with PayPal. I have $142 in bank fees for a payment I made on the 29th of Sept via PayPal collections. My bank will not stop the drafts, PayPal keeps running the drafts into an account that is already negative. Can’t get a living **bleep** person on the phone 3 days no valid response.
