Paid Facebook merchant, error, merchant not accepting message, pending authorization

It didnt look like it went thru but funds are gone and on authorization hold. Seller not accepting messages. How long?

If not claimed by the seller and seller does not void the authorisation then it should time out at 30 days post payment.
