Page doesn't load after confirming order status

I received 3 transactions and they are on hold at the moment. I tried to confirm the order status as they were a virtual product which does not need tracking numbers or such. When i try to confirm the order status, the page just goes blank and i have to refresh it. I tried to contact the seller but they said they already sent the payment. What should i do?

Hi @cheffff

 

If you cannot provide a tracking number, the customer could confirm the order on their end. The steps and ability to confirm the order may be different based off the country the buyer is currently located. You may ask your buyer to contact us if assistance is needed to confirm the order further.
