Packages are marked as shipped and they are not!
How can I keep track of shipped orders, if you can not get it right???

No matter what I choose in manage cookies, or set it at, it still comes up as soon as I type paypal.com
Not even have logged in! AND comes up EVERY time I make any Paypal purchase.
Because it stays on the bottom, I have to archive EVERY item separately because it blocks the archive all link.
I am sick of complaining about these two things and it NEVER gets fixed.
