PP returned a payment without autorisation

As indicated above, I received an email from PP stating that they had returned a payment due to my profile stating I did not accept this type of payment. This is totally inaccurate and I cannot find anywhere on my account that would actually allow me to choose such an option .

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving that payment. This link will walk you through your Payment Receiving Preferences you have set up. If you see any of them are incorrect, you can update it through there.
