So, I bid and won an item on eBay, the item's sitting in my purchases waiting to paid. I swore I had paid. Anyway.... when I go to make a PP payment, I get sent back to a PP page that offers me to sign/log out. This item is time sensitive to making payment on or they'll relist the thing. Frustrating isn't even close!
So, I'm not sure if the issue is PP or somethings wrong with eBay. I'm going to continue digging around but dam!
