i’ve brought an item of ebay through paypal. the money has been taken from my account and i have paid but the seller isn’t recieving it. what do i do?

Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community for answers! I understand that you have sent a payment using PayPal but the merchant is saying they have not received it. As long as the payment status reads as "Complete" in your PayPal account, you should be good to go.

One thing I would check is to see if the payment was sent as an eCheck. EChecks usually clear in 3 - 5 business days but can take longer depending on your bank.
