PENDING

Hello, 

I made a payment to fabletics, and i cancelled the payment, and asked for a refund, which fabletics authorized. Paypal hasn't refunded the money, and it's been more than a month. It  keeps saying PENDING. How do i resolve this please.

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know that your refund is in pending status. It is possible that the sender has issued the refund in the form of an eCheck and it is still processing from the sender's bank account. It may take up to 6 business days for an eCheck to clear. Please refer to this article for more information about refunds and this article for more information about eCheck payment. Please note due to banking regulations, refunds are credited to the card originally used to make the payment once PayPal receives the payment from the sender's bank account.
