I tried to buy some clothes from Zara and payed through PayPal the money got taken out of my bank account but I didn’t get any confirmation email from the store. So I called the store and they can’t even see my order. It’s like I’ve never ordered anything and payed for nothing. The payment is on pending. What happened? Can I delete the transaction?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order (because it didn't go through) and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
