PAYPAL TO GCASH: Where is the preapproved profile?

I linked my Paypal to my Gcash. It was successful and I received an email about preapproved link to my Paypal profile BUT I can't find it in my profile. I clicked the COG ICON but non of the information appeared. Please help.

Go to account settings (cog icon) > Payments > Manage automatic payments

(That is if the US and Philippines account layouts are the same.)

But it only ends in 'Manage Funding Sources' and nothing else.
