I have lost 4 on line auctions in the past month because when I try to send my sniping bid it fails because PayPal creates a pop up Recommend a friend.
When I close the pop-up spam, and return to the auction, its already closed. Very annoying.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
