I have attempted to contact Paypal 10+ times in the last month regarding my refund from emails, to calls, to resolution center, with no response which is absurd!! The only reason I use paypal is for the security, yet they are not even capable of giving me my refund back or responding to customer service requests which apparently have a 24 hour turn around.
The store confirmed they gave me my refund on Dec 5th, however it is no where to be seen on my paypal account nor on my card that I used via paypal. The refund ID is 57B04306DJ0134331
Im sure im not the only one who had this problem, how did you guys resolve it? How do you get Paypal to actually care in responding to your concern?
