PAYPAL DID NOT DEPOSIT MY FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT

I have received this message from Paypal:

"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, ad go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Center."

 

Now, I went and followed the steps but I see nothing in my resolution center. I really needed the money and I am now regretting choosing PayPal as a payment option. I have reached out to their FB messenger customer service but no one is responding.
