PAYPAL CASH REFUND

hey guys! i made an online order to la roche posay, which was cancelled by them. I used paypal cash for it. However, i still havent been refunded the amount. La roche blames it on paypal and says that they have reversed payment. Paypal says they havent received the reversal. Its been more than a month to this. Also, I can no longer see the amount as pending on my paypal account so i cant even dispute it. But my paypal cash hasnt increasd so i know a refund hasnt been issued. HELPPP!!!

If the pending order/authorization is not longer pending, it means the authorization expired (especially if it's longer than 30 days) and the transaction completely disappears from your account history and the funds are released.

If you do not see the funds released, check your account history with running balance this way:

 

Visit this page:

https://www.paypal.com/listing/transactions

Select “Balance affecting” from “All Transactions” menu.

 

Otherwise, contact customer service for further assistance as the user to user forums are unable to handle specific account issues:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
