PAYMENT FROM UPWORK NOT APPEARING ON PAYPAL BALANCE

Good day.

I'm just wondering cause I already withdraw my salary from Upwork to my Paypal account and it already appears on my recent activity in Paypal but it didn't appear on my Paypal balance. This is the first time I experienced this. Is Paypal down today?
