PAYMENT DECLINED

So I'm trying to subscribe to tradingview pro monthly. However, when I chose paypal as payment options it gives me this error:

"Declined. Check the credit card number, expiration date, and transaction info to make sure they were entered correctly"

I'm sure all my details are right and I don't know what went wrong.
