Is ANYONE having a problem with Pay After Delivery?

Did Paypal do away with this?

It works here and there for me...i was able to use it yesterday once. It pops up then goes away. Still not able to use it like i was before

I was told that they where doing away with this option.  I hope that its not ture.

I will not use PayPal until they reinstate Pay after delivery. It was a great feature and helped me to spread my payments out until I received payment from my customers. I have to wait to order my customers Pictures untill they pay. Very unhandy!

I think pay after delivery was a great feature and I am quite disappointed that they have cancelled it in the U.S.  It is going to cost them in the long run.

I absolutely agree with you, I won't be buying nearly as much on ebay because of it. I don't use credit cards so this was a nice alternative for me.

How did you get it fixed? I'm still having issues and have spoken to paypal 3 times with no solution.
