Hello, any advice is appreciated. I have been sick for a year and a half, and just started trying to sell some old records on ebay for some income. I got an interested person right away, who paid me several hundred dollars for a number of them, and PayPal had a restriction on it. So come to find out that I owed a $13.90 balance from a long time ago, and I called the collections dept to let them know I'm happy to pay it out of my held money, but they can't take that or a debit card. That's all I have, I don't have a credit card. My question is: how can I get some of the $400 I sold my records for to pay for a money order and mail it? I have no other income and I'm waiting to be approved for disability. Will they keep all of it until I find a way to pay the $13.90? Im just not sure what to do. Thank you very much.
