I contacted Gap directly and was told to contact paypal. I wanted to cancel the order since it didn't arrive by Christmas or even close to after! They told me to contact paypal, the charge is pending. My credit card company charge is pending also and so funds are being held. Paypal messages is not working and they wont take phone calls. Any idea how I can get my money back? Or off HOLD? Thanks
