I'm sorry to hear that the refund is pending. If the original transaction was made using a bank, the funds would be returned to the bank after the original payment clears from the bank. That can take several business days. If the original transaction was funded by a card, the funds would immediately be returned to the card, but the card issuer may take a while to reflect the credit. If the refund is still listed as pending at this time, please reach out to customer service to look into what's happening.
