Order cancelled no refund

Hi I ordered from JD sports on the 16ty August the item wasnt in stock ai theh cancelled the order and refunded. I havnt recieved a refund I paid via PayPal balance and the transaction is still in pending. Does anybody know how long It will be until goes back into PayPal account.

I'm sorry to hear that the refund is pending. If the original transaction was made using a bank, the funds would be returned to the bank after the original payment clears from the bank. That can take several business days. If the original transaction was funded by a card, the funds would immediately be returned to the card, but the card issuer may take a while to reflect the credit. If the refund is still listed as pending at this time, please reach out to customer service to look into what's happening.
