Order Cancelled by Seller

Hi , I sent 325 EUR on 18th Oct 2020 to the seller and payment is completed. but before I confirm receipt ,seller cancelled that payment. Since he cancelled it I didn't get any refund till now. Its been over 21 days .Please help .
